Located just 8 km away from the renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site “Kaas plateau,” known for its abundance of rare flora unique to this fragile ecosystem, Nitin Estate is nestled in Falani village. It serves as a museum dedicated to creating immersive experiences with plants and trees that inspire and enrich lives.

Welcoming visitors and members year-round, Nitin Estate invites exploration of its formal gardens, spice garden, and coffee plantation. Positioned as a biodiversity hotspot, it offers stunning views of Koyana Dam, Shivsagar backwater, and Vasota (Vyagragad), with convenient access just 7 km from Bamnoli water sports. Renowned for its diverse plant species and seasonal blooms, Nitin Estate was established in 2010 across 6 acres of meticulously curated land.

Owned by Nitin since 2000, the estate began its transformation journey with the collection of plants from across India. Nitin's farm processes and practices ensure excellent yields and fine quality of various plants and trees. With over 220+ plant species displayed thematically, Nitin Estate offers educational opportunities and delectable Dongri cuisine at Nitin’s Cafe, attracting visitors worldwide.
